When refunds can and can't happen.
- Once your words are submitted and written to Bitcoin, the payment is final. The action cannot be reversed, so the fee cannot be refunded.
- If something fails on our side before your words are written to Bitcoin, you are not charged, or you are fully refunded.
- We show the exact total before you pay, including the network cost, so there are no surprises after.
- If you believe you were charged in error for a record that was never written, contact us and we will check the chain and make it right.
01Why most sales are final
Writing to Bitcoin is irreversible. Once your content is broadcast and confirmed, we cannot undo it, and the cost of writing it has already been spent on the network. For this reason, completed inscriptions are non-refundable.
02When you are not charged
If a technical failure on our side prevents your words from being written to Bitcoin, you will either not be charged or will receive a full refund. You only pay for a record that is genuinely written to the chain.
03Pricing transparency
For tiers priced by length, the exact total, including the network cost of storing your content, is shown before you confirm payment. We never add charges after the fact.
04Charged in error
If you were charged for a record that does not appear on the chain, contact us with your receipt. We will verify against the public ledger and issue a full refund if the record was not written.
