When you submit, your text is written into a real Bitcoin transaction. Miners gather it into a block and lock that block onto the chain. From that moment, your words are part of Bitcoin's own history.
Every new block buries it deeper.
Bitcoin keeps adding blocks, about one every ten minutes, on top of yours. To remove your words, someone would have to rewrite every block that came after, which the entire network is built to make impossible.
